Come enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We have everything you need for an easy and relaxing getaway to Clearwater! Less than 10 minutes to famous Clearwater beach and 5 minutes to Downtown Dunedin which is full of restaurants and activities but if you want to relax and unwind you can do that as well. This perfect location is in the middle of it all. We would be thrilled and honored to host you as our guest(s)!

The stylish apartment consists of 1 bedroom with queen bed and spacious closet equipped with towels and sheets
, 1 bathroom with amenities such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc it, our stylish living room has plenty of space enough for a desk and chair for guestā€™s convenience and a queen sofa bed to help accommodate total of 4 guests also includes a FULL kitchen with essentials and appliances (small refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven and stove, coffee maker, toaster etc). Enjoy a relaxing time in the patio space where you can enjoy a peaceful brunch under the Florida sun!

Ps. Patio has outdoor furniture and bbq, but owners are working on extras such as installing jacuzzi and making it perfect for guests!
