This newly listed vacation home offers a breathtaking, tropical oasis with a pristine pool (seasonally heated), pool loungers, gas grill, outdoor dining, and even a hammock! Recently updated, the home sleeps up to 6 adults offers high end bedding and furniture to ensure an extremely comfortable stay.

This single level home has 2 well-appointed King bedrooms with high end mattresses and bedding, plus a bonus room with 2 twin beds and a work space - perfect for kids, extra visitors, or a designated office for those who like to mix in a bit of work with their leisure. Each bedroom comes with Smart TVs and plenty of clothing storage.

Gulf Breeze Getaway also offers one spacious, recently remodeled bathroom with a double vanity and shower / tub combo with complimentary toiletries. The newly furnished living room comes plenty of comfy seating and a view of the dining area and outdoor pool area. Gather around the huge Smart TV with friends and fam for movie nights or catching up on your favorite show.

The chef`s kitchen comes with new appliances including an ice maker and purified water and is stocked with everything you need to cook up a home made meal. We loved this house & really enjoyed our stay, definitely one of our favorites in Pinellas County!! Our son took full advantage of being able to swim every day, the house was extremely clean & fully stocked with everything we needed, communication with Thomas L & Bonnie was seamless, and we loved being so close to the beach to catch the sunsets! We will absolutely be staying at this property again, 10/10

This a very nice place. The house and pool were very clean. The location is great as well. Close to all the beaches and stores/shops. The house was will stocked with everything we needed. I love that I could do laundry and didn't have to bring it all back home to do. The kitchen had everything we need to cook with as well. Thomas who I communicate with was very nice, friendly and fast to respond. This was out first time staying on the gulf side but I won't be our last. I hope this property is available when we come back!
