If the pool and hot tub are important to you, then this is not the place for you. The hot tub that seats about 4 adults comfortably and the total of 27 chairs and lounge chairs on the pool deck is the only pool for two large condo buildings. Other reviews did mention trash in hallways, etc. This was not our experience. There was a gentleman who has there every day picking up trash, sweeping and mopping common areas, etc. The complex is in a great location - 3 minute walk across the street to the beach and several restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.The unit itself is good for a couple looking to spend a long weekend or week, with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and wagon provided. The view from the balcony is even better than the picture shows and we saw dolphins and lots of birds and fish. The kitchen is sufficient for a short stay as well, but not well equipped for an extended rental. The unit was in need of a good deep cleaning and could have been better equipped with a working vacuum cleaner. The unit provides sufficient towels, etc. for a short stay, but again not well stocked for an extended stay. Bottom line, if you are a snowbird looking to stay the winter, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking to stay for a weekend or a week and the pool and hot tub are NOT important to you, then give it a try.
