When you`re not enjoying the sun and surf, dive into friendly competition with board games or at the air hockey table. Afterwards, unwind in our cozy lounge area that`s perfect for movie nights, or relax outside under the stars!
As you enter the property, you’re greeted by a bright and spacious foyer with high ceilings, elegant finishes, and luxurious details. This floor provides access to the private garage and separate laundry room, equipped with a brand new washer/dryer. Towards the back of the home you`ll find the game room/lounge area with access to a full bathroom (with bathtub) and mini bar, perfect for entertaining; as well as sliding glass doors that open out to the large backyard.
Outside there is a private heated pool and spacious patio complete with a large outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, shaded outdoor seating and a grill—making this the perfect space to relax and unwind; or host friends and family for a barbecue.
