I would not recommend Beach Place. We did not like the location. It was very noisy even late into the night. Trucks seem to like to pull into parking lot and rev their engines. We could hear people talking and singing outside as late as 3 AM. When we’d leave to go out of parking lot we’d always turn right, drive across bridge and make u turn because to turn left you’d have to cross 4 lanes and traffic was crazy! The condo itself was ok. However, only a small bottle of dish detergent and a very small bar of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms was the starter supply. There wasn’t even one roll of paper towels. This is the first rental we stayed in which didn’t supply any beach towels or beach chairs. When I called about the chairs and beach towels I was told just to buy some when we got there. We thought we were already paying enough. The pool opens at 9 so we’d have to be at gate by at least 10 min earlier in order to get a table for shade (only 5 available). So no relaxing over a late breakfast! People were lined up to get those tables. We knew there wasn’t washer /dryer in unit but there was only 1 washer/dryer on 1st floor. It worked for us but would rather stay where we have our own in our unit. We will not be staying there again.
