Updated and stylish 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo located beachside in the quaint town of Indian Shores. Be prepared to be overwhelmed with the sun and sand when step your toes into the white sands . The condo is equipped with a full kitchen and 3 large smart TV's. Enjoy sitting on the furnished patio that overlooks the heated pool with your morning coffee or favorite evening beverage. When its time to hit the beach we supply beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. ******Sand Dune restoration occurring mid December 2023 to February 3, 2024 limited beach access****

Property was very nice & as described. Very comfortable for 4 adults & 2 children. Had abundance of amenities. A big plus was right on the beach literally a 2-3 minute walk. Same for the well maintained pool. Reserved garage parking was also a plus. Communication with the owners was very easy and the instructions were very helpful. A very nice place to stay. The residential area of Indian Shores was perfect. We very much enjoyed our week long stay.

Great Updated and Clean 2 Bedroom Villa

This Villa looks exactly what you see in the pictures. Very clean, everything one could need when it comes to amenities in the kitchen. Great assortment of items available to use at the beach. Jon was very easy to communicate with.

The condo was very nice the beach and pool were great, the only things I would of preferred is additional parking, we had 2 cars and my son had to oark across the street and pay $240.00 for 5 days. Otherwise the host, condo and area wete great!

Extremely clean place

This place was perfect! My wife and two children really enjoyed our stay. Place is within feet from the beach, and the particular unit we stayed at, the parking spot backs up to the beach so it’s perfect for storing the wagon or whatever beach essentials you need. The unit was very up to date. Smart TVs, clean leather couch, and decor was typical beach decor. The building itself needs a little work, but it’s not terrible. Overall the building is a 6 out of 10 and the unit is a 9/10. Only reason I didn’t give it an10/10, is due to there not being any washer and dryer in the unit. The building has one on the floor, but wasn’t interested. I’d definitely stay here again.
