I booked for two nights to fun consecutively but I did book each night separately. I was told by the front desk that they would keep me in the same room for both nights and not require me to move. Well I left some items in the room for safekeeping because I was going to the beach with family. I had gotten back to my room around 10pm and my key wouldn’t work. I went to the lobby to check and my room was given to someone else. The night manager said there wasn’t anything turned in from that room. I had an entire outfit, all my hygiene items and pocket items to include a stamped coin as a gift that I cannot get replaced. He eventually found the clothes but nothing else I had in the room. Worst experience ever at a hotel!!

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and fab Dove toiletries 😊 The staff were extremely polite and Emily allowed us into our room early morning as it was ready when we arrived. Emily also kindly drove us to Johns Pass Village in the shuttle bus, she was great company 👍.

Probably one of the top three places I’ve stayed while traveling. The building was exceptionally clean, all on the staff I interacted with were engaged and eager to assist, Robert was accommodating and easy to communicate with, will be back for sure!

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast is basic but good, and the cleanliness is mostly good, but I don't understand why a sofa was left with pet hair and stains of unknown origin. Rooms that accept pets should be thoroughly cleaned, and the carpet should be washed and deodorized.
