Enjoy the expansive views from the screened-in balcony of this 8th-floor unit located in Indian Rocks Beach. This Gulf Front unit has a 2 week minimum with an application (no fee). This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has it all. A home away from home. The living area has comfy seating with tons of natural light as a corner unit with side windows in addition to the balcony. Relax after a day at the beach or sight-seeing with movie or maybe that great puzzle building on of the two dining tables. The fully appointed kitchen has a breakfast nook with seating for 4 in addition to a formal dining area. The master bedroom has both a window on the Gulf and a slider door to the balcony looking northward up the coastline. The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of closet space and a birds-eye view of the Island. FREE secure Wi-Fi in this condo. The condo building features a beachside heated pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Walking distance to a number of local favorites, restaurants, shops, and even a nature park. Loved everything inside however when there the fire alarm went off 3x sending us down the stairs and once at 2 am. The hot tub was broke 20 days of our 28 day stay. Convenient location and wonderful views.
