Courteous staff…. Clean room….beautiful view of the gulf…. Delicious chocolate chip cookies…restaurant was convenient and had tasty food. The only thing that I wish was different is that the elevators wouldn’t take so long to come to your floor… The elevators are constantly busy… Sometimes you have to wait five minutes for them to come… And it is usually full and then you have to wait for the next one that was kind of inconvenient… but everything else was excellent and whenever I come back to the area again, I would gladly stay here.

The room was clean and the balcony view was AMAZING!! We typically go out for most of our meals when on vacation but the food, view and service was so incredible that we actually ate the majority of our meals right there (Coconut Charlie’s). It is close to John’s Pass and some good shops/ restaurants. Overall, it was so much more than we expected since we stayed soon after the hurricane. Will definitely go back!!

We were able to check in early and get a late checkout, the cabanas on the water are great. Our rooms were clean and the coffee shop is great. We’ve stayed here a few times and will do so again.

Wonderful hotel right on the beach! The room was perfect. Staff at front desk and restaurant were very accommodating. The food was good at the restaurant and we loved the cocktails at the bar as well. Soon to have a brand new tiki bar which will make it even better!

We love this hotel! It’s right on the beach so you can walk right out and use hotel towels, there’s a pool, the restaurant is great. We had breakfast and dinner there. It’s a great normal, clean hotel with good as well. Good to know - you pay for parking and at the moment the hotel is under a bit of renovation from the hurricane (we stayed fall 2025) but we didn’t find it disruptive to our stay. We’ve stayed 3 times now and loved it every time and our first time doing the gulf view and we thought it was so worth it!

The stuff wasn’t helpful at all! We complained two times about loud neighbors smoking weed at night and they never sent security there! We had two sleepless nights there. Terrible customer service. Also, you need to pay for wi-fi, for parking and for beach chairs. Won’t stay there again!

the location of property was amazing! also loved that the elevator takes you from the parking garage straight to the floors where rooms are located, not having to hop elevators or walk through the lobby every time. staff was super friendly
