Sea Isle Villas - Unit #H is a gulf front condo in the Sea Isle Villas community (18 units) on Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Unbelievable views from this third story unit that has been recently refreshed and professionally decorated. Just steps from the dunes and the Gulf of Mexico beaches on a very family friendly section of Indian Rocks Beach. Private elevator and assigned covered parking make getting in and out a breeze. Heated private pool if you want to take a break from the sand. Condo is two bedrooms with two full baths and comes very well stocked for your stay. We have Spectrum cable television, free 200mb WiFi and all rooms have televisions.

The master has a King-sized bed, full bath with shower and a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, full bath with tub and a large closet. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Our well-appointed and spacious kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen towels, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, appliances and the fridge has water in the door and an automatic ice maker. Large farmhouse style dining room table easily seats six with room to eat, work remotely or play board games. Eat in kitchen has three stools and a lot of counter space for cooking and storage. Master bathroom has a hair dryer and there is an iron and ironing board in the master closet. The condo is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The unit has front loading washer and dryer and we can provide a pack and play if needed for little ones. There is a community gas and charcoal grill in the middle of the complex if you feel like cooking out. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool noodles and a variety of beach toys are provided. The the beach equipment is in a storage closet on the 1st floor, meaning you don’t have to drag them up or down any stairs. Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable community with excellent choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and we can let you know which spots we recommend.

The Sea Isle Condominiums do have some house rules that include no smoking and no pets allowed in the unit at any time. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. The minimum stay is 7 nights, and we rent Saturday to Saturday with check in time of 3:00 pm and check out time of 9am.

Great for our family

We had a great time in this condo. It was so nice to have all the beach gear on the first floor and then just hop in the elevator straight to the balcony. Never had that before, and I think my kids are spoiled for future vacations. Great location-walked to get ice cream, plenty of eating spots at walking distance. Clean, comfortable and spacious for us (5). My son used the sofa bed and was very happy as he had the best view every morning. Would definitely consider if I visit this area again. Karen was very responsive to messages from the get-go. Thank you so much!

Outstanding condo and location

From booking, confirmation, check in instructions, and the welcome package from Property owners was outstanding. The Owner, Karen, even contacted us after we were at the condo for a couple of days to make sure if we needed or anything they could do for us. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained, perfect interior lay out and location was fantastic, great view of the sunsets from balcony. The condo is right on the beach and pool. Couldn’t have had a better location.One added feature was the elevator from the garage to your balcony. This was fantastic. Never had to wait for elevator. Bringing luggage and groceries in was so convenient. Made moving out a breeze too.We have stayed in this area several times at some real nice condos. This by far is our favorite.In addition, Karen could not have been more accommodating to our family. We could really tell that they cared if the condo met our expectations and wanted us to have a great vacation.We definitely will rent this condo, if available, on our next trip to Indian Rocks.Thank-you Karen

We LOVED this place in IRB! Beautifully and simply decorated, everything we needed, and the location was great. Very quiet community with easy access to beach, walkable restaurants, and perfect for our first vacation with our one year old. Can’t wait to come back. Karen was wonderful with communication and suggestions for local flare. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing view and location!

We’ve stayed at a few properties in Island Rocks but this was my favorite. The view from the condo I was spectacular! My family liked that it was in walking distance to many restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The elevator was a nice bonus! The owners were easy to reach as well. We will definitely stay here again!

The most amazing vacation. Everything we needed and more, the condo is well equipped with everyday and beach supplies, the beds are incredible, the location fantastic. No need for car, all fantastic eats are located close enough to walk or trolley. The balcony is perfect for evening drinks while watching the most gorgeous sunsets and dolphin spotting in AM with your coffee. My only advice is to get up early enough to stake your claim on the beach with chairs/umbrellas. The elevator is a major bonus. Karen, thank you for sharing and your quick responsiveness.

We love sea Isle!!!!

We have been coming to this condo complex for years! This is by far the cleanest beach front condo we have stayed in. All the little touches were perfect. The beach chairs were brand new. The beds were comfortable the location was perfect! Close to restaurants but also an equipped kitchen to eat in if you’d like. In the process of booking our next stay! ❤️

This condo is steps from the beach, and provides a beautiful ocean view. We love this area, it’s walking distance to restaurants. A French bakery is just down the road, nice for breakfast. This apartment seems recently updated, and has a nice heated pool, on the beach. Highly recommend.

Heaven on Earth

Our family of three LOVED this rental! The pictures accurately portrayed the property. The ability to use the owner's beach chairs and sand toys as well as access to a washer and dryer allowed us to pack less. The private elevator was an added convenience. We were STEPS away from the beach! We were amazed at the beautiful shells on the beach and the cleanliness of the area. Communication with the owner couldn't have been better. You will NOT regret renting this property!

Wonderful condo!! Very clean and lots of space. Love that it was right on the beach with a gorgeous view from your deck. Watched the sunset all week. Very short walk to the gulf. Host was very helpful and answered quickly. Would definitely come back and stay here again!!

First time in IRB, won't be the last

Loved our time here. Beautiful beach off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. We took advantage of the Suncoast Trolley to explore Madiera Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete. The property was wonderful and Karen checked in with us and was readily available to ensure we had a great stay. We got to do so much in our week and can't wait to come again!

Great condo and location!

We loved our stay here. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and did not disappoint! The owner was very personable and helpful, although we had no issues at all. The beach was just what we were hoping for, considering we had a two year old with us. It was a perfect week and we will return!
