Devon Shores is truly a hidden gem! The entire property and each room has been beautifully renovated and updated. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was a great addition to the room.

Location excellent and very modern , found something on floor but no idea what it was , dealt with very quickly, then noticed debris on bathroom floor but didn’t report however this was still there when we checked out several days later, both not ours btw , would still stay here in future though as this was our 2nd stay.

Property was newly renovated. Office staff was wonderful. Pools were nice. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, Surf Style, and the marina. We even walked to the aquarium. Highly recommend.

This was our first day at this facility and we definitely will go back. The staff was excellent to deal with took care of any little issues. We had immediately coffee and tea always available in the office along with flavored water. The room was very clean and furniture was comfortable. Definitely highly recommend this place to stay.

Lovely, friendly little motel style, very clean and fantastic location. It’s 2 blocks from the beach and about 10 mins walk to the pier. Price includes parking which is why we booked it. Service was great, qimmediately after booking they asked if we wanted a parking space and when I responded asking if we could park early before check-in they said yes without hesitation. This meant we could arrive nice and early and park the car for free and go to the beach. As a bonus we were able to check into our room early on arrival, hours before our official check in time, and were greeted by a lovely, clean, modern room with amazing air conditioning and large clean bathroom and kitchen, with sink and American fridge freezer. The room was great. 2 Comfy beds, blackout blinds, spacious and just what we wanted for us and our 2 kids. Pool downstairs was compact but lovely, deep, with plenty of sun beds and great for cooling off. Check out was 11am but they let us park the car for free after check-out time so we could go for a dip in the sea and grab breakfast - brilliant. Honestly a lovely experience, and as a person who never bothers to write reviews feel I must to help describe how good this excellent this little hotel was. On top of all this, free coffee, water and beach towels….! U’d be mad not to book it. See u again in 2026 …!!

Rooms are small but very clean and updated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Not much around the area unless you like pizza and music bar. Parking is an added bonus. Would choose this hotel again if we ever returned to Clearwater Beach

Decent place to stay very close to the beach.

Food options within walking distance, beach is 200 steps from the front door. Great refrigerator, comfortable bed with good linen. Staff was superb, helpful and friendly
