A good place for an affordable family vacation. Our suite was two floors and slept six. Full kitchen, two baths. The unit was very clean. The decor and a/c were dated, but worked. The plumbing was kind of cranky, ok but, should be replaced.

Suite was clean and well furnished, including kitchen. Even by the stairway, the room was pleasantly quiet. Two complaint. First, no ventilation for the second bathroom. Second, the management was hard to contact prior to the stay, but available and very helpful during the stay. If I visit Dunedin again, would happily stay at Beso Del Sol.

This resort is dated but ok. Few problems like hole in wall in bathroom lock on balcony door fell off, the toilet paper is VERY thin, the ice machine and dryer wasn't working BUT the location was good parking was great and the best was bar restaurant was right there by 2 pools and the hot tub. No beach but the gulf was right there with the best sunset and of course the free shot at sunset. Live bands and jolly trolley stops right there. Actually would recommend this resort even with the few faults. Might go back again in a few years.
