Great condo. All you need to bring are your clothes and toothbrush! Absolutely everything provided from beach towels/chairs/umbrella/toys/cooler.Pool was warm daily with plenty of chairs and lounges. Soaps and shampoo there as well as cleaning products. Lots of dishes and cutlery. Well maintained unit!

We were very impressed with the condo’s cleanliness and filled kitchen cupboards. There was nothing supplied we needed to purchase. The grounds were well kept and there was plenty to do. The neighborhood was located in a very convenient area with stores in walking distance. I am looking forward to staying there again.

Lovely stay

Had an amazing experience in this beautifully appointed condo! It had everything you need to enjoy your stay, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach chairs and toys. Beds were very comfortable and the location near the intracoastal was close to everything you need. We loved taking in sunsets at Indian Rocks beach and made good use of one of two pools in the complex. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Two Heated Pools!

Clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. Exactly as pictured with comfortable furniture including a reclining chair. Well supplied kitchen with everything you could possibly want or need. Lots of extras from beach towels and chairs, to soaps and cleaning supplies. High quality linens with in-unit washer and dryer. Grounds are well maintained with two heated pools, hot tub, and grills. Property has a nice seating area overlooking the intercoastal water. Adjacent to Bonner Park with walking paths. Convenient location close to parks, shopping, dining, and area attractions.

Largo FL New Atlantis Condo

Exceptional property, well stocked and furnished. One of the cleanest units we've stayed in. The pools were nearby and the hot tub and sun bathing deck were just below this second floor unit. The condo was conveniently located near all the attractions we were interested in visiting. Indian Rocks Beach was a short drive away and the beach was just beautiful. Many good restaurants. The condo is within a safe gated property. The owners were very attentive to our needs. We would love to stay here again in the future.
