Room was just what we needed. Proximity to beach was amazing. Pool area very nice. Only issue was ice machine not working and guest laundry dryer did not work but both were being fixed, just not very quickly.

The location was excellent and quiet, right on the beach. The pool was warm in some cooler weather, making the kids happy to swim. Within walking distance to the boardwalk.

The room was very nice, the bed and sofa and chairs were all new and up to date. The appliances worked very well and looked to be newer. The view from our balcony was very nice and access to the beach was very easy to get to. We also liked how close we were to John's pass and you could reach it by a short walk on the road or from the beach. The staff was also very nice and friendly. It had a nice pool area but we did not use it. We will definately stay there again.
