Room very clean. Staff always friendly & helpful. Beautiful pool & grounds. Unfortunately, during our stay some guests and their children were not respectful of the pool rules and the other guests. Children were jumping off the pool waterfall area and the pillars by the pool (very unsafe) and were in the hot tub with boogie boards & pool noodles. Parents & their children completely disregarded the posted rules stating no children under 18 allowed in hot tub. This made it difficult for other guests, us included, to be able to enjoy the pool area.

Our room was Huge and Spotless. If you need anything they are really fast getting to whatever you need. We met Rose, who owns the company that services the hotel maintenance needs. She was very helpful with whatever we needed to know.

Room was just what we needed. Proximity to beach was amazing. Pool area very nice. Only issue was ice machine not working and guest laundry dryer did not work but both were being fixed, just not very quickly.

The location was excellent and quiet, right on the beach. The pool was warm in some cooler weather, making the kids happy to swim. Within walking distance to the boardwalk.
