Not impressed

We rented this property for 5 days. It was clean but it was not what was pictured on line. First of all, the property had trash piles all over the yard. Wood piles, ladders , old toilets and sinks were my views. It was terribly small too. The kind size bed was fine but the pull out couch was hard as rock and this was also the only thing we could sit on. The shower pressure was horrendous. It was luke warm water and hardly any water to shower with. The place was on the second floor and that was not mentioned. I have a bum knee and it was hard to transfer luggage up the stairs. It was also not in a good area of town. I would never rent this home again. The pictures were much nicer than the home actually looked like. Very disappointing.

Perfect stay

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and quiet. We appreciated the extra niceties like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ground coffee, etc. The AC worked great and kept the unit cool and comfortable. Location was wonderful and just a short walk to the white sand beach. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed for a weekend here. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was well appointed with all supplies needed. There were plenty of extra towels, and blankets. The apartment was spotless, and very comfortable. Look no further, this place is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Sand Bungalows and will definitely plan to stay again when we plan another trip to Indian Rocks beach. The property is immaculately clean, and absolutely everything we needed was supplied for us by our host Matthew including ample beach towels, bedding, beach chairs and much more. The king-sized bed is so comfortable, we slept great! We were only there for three nights but really wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend staying at Sugar Sand Bungalows!

Exceptional stay

Our stay was honestly perfect, clean, quiet and equipped. Great neighborhood and great distance from the beach with a park around the corner that was kept up with and a beautiful hidden boardwalk trail. Host was very responsive in a timely matter. The Vrbo had everything we needed and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. After making a trip to the store we realized the Vrbo even had the little things we realized we didn’t even need to purchase lol. The property is clean and well taken care of. Would definitely rate 10 out of 10.
