3 bedroom / 3.5 bath (sleeps 8) townhouse

You will not be disappointed when you rent this townhouse…it has everything you need to have an amazing experience in Clearwater Beach including:

1. Spacious Townhouse - 2400 square foot townhouse with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation including your own private elevator

2. Amazing Amenities – Heated pool, large rooftop terrace, and everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach. In addition, we have tried to think of everything you will need inside the townhouse for you to enjoy your vacation. You should have everything you need (and maybe even more).

3. Spectacular Location – It is located on the turquoise blue Intracoastal Waterway and is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. If you love fishing, you can fish right off of the pier in front of our house! If you have your own boat, you can keep it at our pier in front of our house.

Spacious Townhouse:

First floor:

- Bonus Room - there is a first floor bonus room with a large sectional couch, TV, Xbox, refrigerator, and bar to enjoy your time. The bonus room opens up through 2 large french doors to the pool, which is only 5 steps outside the door.
- Half Bathroom - a convenient half bathroom is located on the first floor
- Garage - The garage contains the beach supplies, coolers, bikes, etc. Please note that we store our personal car in the garage so you will not be able to park your car in the garage. There is space for 2 medium size cars in the driveway.

Second floor:

- Kitchen - The updated kitchen has premium stainless steel appliances and raised breakfast bar overlooking the main living area and rear balcony.
- Family Room – Large 65" Roki Wi-Fi enabled flat screen TV, kitchen table big enough for 6 people, and a leather couch and loveseat
- Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 double sized beds with a 40" Roku Wi-Fi enabled flat screen

Third floor:

- Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 twin sized beds with a 40" Roku Wi-Fi enabled flat screen.
- Master Bedroom – Very large bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, and plenty of storage in the dressers. In addition, there is a very large master bath with dual vanities and two sinks, jacuzzi jetted tub and walk-in glassed shower with a double shower head and a separate room with the toilet.

Roof-top Terrace:

- The private expansive and spacious rooftop terrace adds to the relaxed setting and panoramic views of the Gulf, the beaches and the island's city scape. There is plenty of patio furniture on the roof to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset at the end of the day.



Amazing Amenities:

- Townhouse Amenities – We have tried to think of everything you need during your stay and have included it in the townhouse. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, there are plenty of board games, luxurious beds and linens, and an amazing rooftop patio with plenty of seating.
- Pool – The pool is literally 10 steps outside the door of the townhouse with plenty of patio seating to soak in the Florida sun
- Beach – The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and we have included beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, play toys, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach.
- Grill – There is a large private grill for your use just outside the door of the townhouse on the first floor.


Spectacular Location:

Just outside your door you will find the intracoastal waterway with private docks to watch dolphins, manatees, or just relax. It is only a 10 minute walk to Clearwater Beach which was rated the top beach in the US in 2018. There are countless restaurants, shops, and attractions all within a short walk of the townhouse.

We have a Nest doorbell at our front door to monitor for package delivery.

The elevator is nice plus as my parents had planned to come stay with us (they did not make it as my father had recently had a fall). We loved the proximity to the beach and there was plenty of items made available that tcould be taken tot he beach.

The host was very responsive. The home was amazing! All the amenities that we needed were there and the elevator is an extra perk. The balcony that overlooked the water was very relaxing. And the location was in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and stores. We rented a golf cart locally for longer distances when we didn't feel like walking.

Beach vacation

We had a great time during our July 4th stay. The townhouse had all the amenities we needed, the location was great to walk to the beach and restaurants. The communication and check in process was also great and very smooth. Our kids enjoyed using the pool in the afternoon after the morning at the beach.

Wonderful trip to Clearwater and fabulous property!

My family of 5 stayed at this location in June and we absolutely loved it! The house was very clean and amazingly stocked. We enjoyed having use of the fishing poles and pier. Very quick and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We did not cook or use the grill, but all supplies were available for those who do. Loved sitting on the rooftop patio at night to see the stars. I highly recommend and would definitely come back, for an even longer stay.

Fantastic location, beautiful views

This Vrbo was amazing all around. The home was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and was also in a perfect location. We walked to the beach, to shop, to Pier 60 and for a boat tour at the marina. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The views were amazing from the roof top and the balcony. We even saw some dolphins around the dock on our last day there! Thanks for a fantastic trip!

Perfect vacation rental

This townhome exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, close to the beach, and had all the amenities that we needed. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and was a much better alternative to a hotel, especially for a family.

Lovely condo!

This place was awesome! Prime location to walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, a store. The view on the balcony and rooftop were soothing and beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here and would again if we returned to Clearwater. This place is also equipped with ANYTHING you would need!!!

Spring Break

Two moms with our kids, ages 7-16, stayed in the home for a quick spring break trip. The property was clean and well stocked with essentials to get us started upon arrival. We took advantage of the great location and supplies on our daily walk to the beach. A wagon, coolers and plenty of chairs were a great resource for our families. At the end of our Long Beach days, we took advantage of the pool. The central location of the property allowed us to walk to the beach, surf styles, plenty of restaurants and pier 60. Our host left clear instructions for the property and communication was quick and easy when needed. Cannot wait for our next stay!
