The Space:

This beachfront gem boasts a huge private balcony overlooking the glistening coastal waters and overflows with seaside ambiance and comfort. Beach Palms 405 is a relaxed and sunny getaway for vacation seekers where warm breezes and miles of shoreline are plentiful. Tucked in the charming Indian Shores community, Beach Palms has a spacious deck with a heated pool, BBQ grill area, and easy beach access.



The spacious floorplan with 1,700 sq. ft. offers ample room to spread out and unwind with your loved ones. When mealtime comes around, put on the chef's apron and head over to the nicely appointed kitchen and treat your friends to marvelous homecooked meals that you can later enjoy at the dining table for six.



All bedrooms have new memory foam cool gel mattresses. Coastal blues enhance the main suite with a king bed and balcony access with a view. The second bedroom features a king bed while the third bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed.



Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Starting December 4, 2023, on-site construction will occur and involves removing tile from the patios. This work is scheduled to last two weeks and will generate noise that will be audible to guests.

The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.

Great location and beautiful property

The property was exactly as advertised. The home was nicely stocked with supplies to start our vacation. We have stayed at many beachfront homes and this was among the nicest. The management was very good with communicating with us before and during our trip. The location is great near shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

This property was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything anyone would need to cook at home. The beach was just a few steps away and the heated pool was nice, as the weather was a bit cold. The beds were comfortable and the property had enough space for us to spread out and still be together. Highly recommend this property.

Quaint area/superb condo

This unit is exactly as portrayed, beautiful, very clean, and we can definitely tell the owner of the unit stays there due to the quality of the unit and it’s contents. We were very comfortable and the PM was very responsive during our stay when we texted them to tell them how nice the unit was. The only issue was the elevator took some time to get from floor to floor. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo!

The condo was great! We love the location and the Indian Shores area. The condo was as described and beds were very comfortable. The only “issue” was when we arrived at the condo 1 Hour after check-in time the cleaning service still had not completed cleaning yet and asked if we could wait outside. Upon getting into the unit I noticed the bottoms of our bare feet were dirty. I’m assuming the floor had not been cleaned. So I bought a Swifer and cleaned all the floors and felt much better 😀 I highly recommend this condo for families!

Amazing Vacation!!!

This condo is everything the description says and more. Recently renovated with everything you could need. It’s perfect if you really are looking for that lazy escape. With Publix right down the street and shopping/restaurants only minutes away in either direction. Beach chairs and towels are also provided but the icing on the cake was renting the beach chairs and umbrella for a week; I highly recommend. The only downfall was the orange building to the left; they could be quite loud into the late hours.

Perfect location with incredible views!

This was a beautiful condo on the fourth floor facing the beach. Morning coffee on the balcony was a daily ritual. The area was not overcrowded with plenty of room on the beach and at the pool. Lots of great restaurants and bars within a 10 minute drive. The condo was beautifully decorated and seemed to be recently renovated. It was furnished with beach towels and chairs and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The condo is everything it says and more. A classy yet relaxed place. Kitchen well stocked for any cooking needs. The beach location perfect - never crowded and peaceful. We were 6 adults over 65 enjoying the lovely deck seating every morning and evening (great sunsets). Kudos to the team!
