This Seminole house boasts a beautiful pool with 4 inviting bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a comfortable retreat, with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds to ensure a restful night's sleep for all guests. Three bedrooms are equipped with flat panel screen Roku TVs. The 3 bathrooms are well-appointed, featuring a jetted bathtub, shower, bathtub, and hair dryers.
The house is fully equipped kitchen with microwave, appliances, cutlery, and dishes. Other amenities include private heated/screened in saltwater pool with patio where you can BBQ, relax and enjoy the Florida sun!
Also included is Wi-Fi , AC, heating, and a washing/ dryer machine.
The home includes all linens, towels, beach towel's, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. **Pool Safety Rules**
1. Swim at Your Own Risk - No lifeguard on duty.
2. Child Supervision**Adults must supervise children at all times.
3. No Diving The pool is shallow, and diving is not allowed.
4. No Running No rough play.
5. No Glass Containers For safety reasons, please avoid bringing glass containers into the pool area.
6. No Pets Pets not allowed.
7. Secure Gate Always lock gate; use kiddie gate for kids under six.
8. Emergency Call 911 and notify the property manager.
9. Proper Swimwear Appropriate swimwear required.
10. Small inflatable Toys Only No large inflatables.
11. Noise Levels Keep noise down, especially at night.
12. No Smoking Smoking prohibited.
13. Drink Responsibly No excessive alcohol.
14. Watch Your Step Be cautious entering the pool.
15. Supervise Swimmers Avoid swimming alone; ensure adult supervision.
16.Respect the Pool Equipment: Please do not tamper with the pool equipment or settings.

Pool Heating (May–Fall): Starting May 1, pool heating is turned off by default. If you’d like it turned on during your stay, there’s a $75 fee. Just let us know ahead of time (at least 24 hours preferred) and we’ll send a separate request through the Vrbo system.

For security purposes, the property has two exterior cameras located at the front of the home and one exterior video doorbell at the front door; these devices monitor the front entry/front exterior area only.
