I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what was advertised.Inside the home, we encountered cockroaches, a stained and dirty couch, and an overall lack of proper cleaning.Outside, the grill and outdoor kitchen were filthy and covered in rat droppings. The pool was in poor condition, with visible mildew, foul-smelling water, and no sign of proper chlorination. The patio furniture was covered in mold, and the flooring appeared the same.I contacted the host, who responded quickly but failed to provide any real resolution. His only suggestion was to use the provided brush to clean the grill (which was unsanitary and unusable due to the droppings), and he insisted the pool had been cleaned the day we arrived—something clearly contradicted by the state of the water and surrounding area. I even sent photos to support my concerns, but nothing was done.Had the property met even basic hospitality standards and cleanliness requirements, it truly could have been the dream vacation home it was advertised to be. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite, despite paying a premium price.

Stay at 2 homes in Dunedin
We enjoyed our stay at this house in Dunedin. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed the outdoor area. It was nice having 2 houses beside one another. It does sleep 16 people, but that included roll away beds which wasn’t convenient for all our family with everyone being over the age of 18. All in all we had a nice visit.

Over all we had a great time, the pool was a hit, there was an issue the day we checked in due to the guests checking out that morning but Troy did his best to correct the issue.
The location was easy to reach and it was in a very quiet area.

Great property and close to everything
We had 3 families staying at this house and it was excellent. It is spacious and comfortable. It had a big yard and pool for the kids to hang out and plenty of bathrooms. It's close and convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay here again. Troy was very responsive to any questions we had along the way.

There were 16 of us staying here at this beautiful and very clean property.We had a wonderful family reunion! The property is beautiful inside and out! Beautiful heated pool. Great Family Gathering House
We stayed at this home for 5 nights in January. We basically needed a place for our family to stay while giving our grandmother a surprise 80th birthday party in Largo. The house is exactly as described. The sleeping arrangements were absolutely perfect for our family as there were 6 couples, 1 teen, a toddler, and an infant. Everyone had their own private room with comfortable accommodations, which was great. The house also has a heated pool an outdoor fireplace, and plenty of activities, which we all enjoyed. There is parking for 4 vehicles, and the house is on a dead end street, which makes parking easier and less stressful. There were a few minor issues which were all addressed within a reasonable timeframe. The main purpose of our visit went off without a hitch, and our large family was able to relax and enjoy our time together in this home, and even enjoy some visits from relatives living in the area.

Wonderful property for a family vacation!
We had a great time in this clean, beautiful home. Plenty of modern bathrooms and bedrooms, with comfortable beds. The large refrigerators, rain shower heads, and deep tub with fireplace were so fun. Our host Troy was available when we had questions and was kind and friendly.

This property is great! We had 3 couples, and we all had our own space. The finishes were beautiful in both homes. The common areas were spacious and there were plenty of things to do at the property. We truly had a great experience.
