Le personnel est trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute et serviable. Le petit dĂ©jeuner buffet est bien fourni. L'Ă©tablissement est bien placĂ© et facile d'accĂšs avec les bus qui s'arrĂȘtent juste devant (accessible aussi Ă  pied du centre ville)

Personnel jamais disponible, agacĂ© Ă  toute sollicitation: 1/4h d'attente Ă  la rĂ©ception malgrĂ© la sonnette, idem pour entrer dans la salle Ă  manger, pour quoi que ce soit. Salle de bains SANS balayette, gobelet ou patĂšre. Aucun mĂ©nage effectuĂ© en deux jours. La balayette de wc nous a Ă©tĂ© carrĂ©ment REFUSÉE (wc sales en arrivant et donc en partant). Il a fallu demander des serviettes propres et du papier toilette. Jamais vu ça.
