Warm welcome, spacious room, and inclusion of water and toiletries was a nice touch. Room was kept immaculate by cleaning staff and well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. Friendly welcome at check-in, all staff friendly. Clean comfortable room ( twin with sea-view), some noise from traffic on road outside but worth it for view. Good range of food in dining room, good quality & vfm. Breakfast also good choice & quality. Nice comfy beer garden. Very convenient for buses into town, or 15min walk. Highly recommend.

Best breakfast imaginable. The KIPPERS the best ever. We ate out but having tried their lunchtime snacks we wish we had stayed in one night, awesome. I think it's time they dropped shower mats inside the cubicle as the shower trays are dangerously smooth. This aside, we would stay again.

Lovely little find and lovely staff - a tiny walk out of town centre but easy and right on the front which was pleasant. Bus stop for north bound exploring island just outside. Breakfast ok - decent selection. On an expensive island - this was a great find and I would recomend it for a decent place to stay and base yourself for exploring this very attractive island
