About this property

Bright, modern apartment with a sauna, located between the Dorf and Bad neighborhoods

In December 2021, the bright attic apartment “Küstenschwalbe” underwent a comprehensive renovation.
The Sommerdeich house is located between the areas of Bad and Dorf. This gives you the perfect location to explore both the south and the north on foot, by local bus, or by bike. The house is set back a block, ensuring your holiday peace and quiet remains undisturbed. Just a short walk away is the colourful promenade and the pier, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, snack bars, and shops. The nearest beach is even easily accessible by local bus. The nearest bus stop is just 500 metres away.

In the house itself, you can use the communal sauna, washing machine, and dryer for a fee. The entire property is fenced in, and the house, with its terraces and balconies, faces south, allowing you to enjoy the sun here.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Saubere, ruhige Wohnung etwas abseits.

frisch renovierte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
