The view is amazing from this property! The hotel room is run down and in need of refurbishing. The room was clean but not cleaned thoroughly. The dishes were put away dirty, there was hair along the baseboards, etc. Be warned: this is not a hotel! The person in the room is responsible for emptying your own trash, washing your towels, etc. The parking was very tight! Particularly for the spot I was in, the BBQ is next to it, so on two different days, I had to ask people to move all their possessions, tables, children, etc - so I could park and they were BBQ-ing in my spot. I also wasn’t able to come and go. They really either need to relocate the BBQ or reconfigure the parking!!!

Only one parking space with no alternative plan for additional cars. Condo was not well equipped for cooking - only one fry pan, no knives, no dishes for microwave, only one set of plates / glasses for 6. Bathtub peeling all over bottom, shower head didn’t work. Two elevators didn’t work. The best thing about this property is the location right on the beach!

The proximity to the beach was great. The pool was a good size. The room was advertised as two bedrooms and two bathroom but it was actually one full bathroom and a half bath. That was disappointing. The prices for drinks at the bar was outrageous. Otherwise it was a nice place.

The full kitchen with the washer and dryer were great. The balcony looked towards the gulf. Just a 5 minute walk to Johns Pass. Easy access to the beach. The room needed minor repairs, the balcony door handle was loose and eventually broke off. The staff didnt bother to fix until it was broken. Only 1 elevator was functional for our entire stay. For the price, i was very pleased.

Not much to do in area. Resort was nice, laid back. Pool was great. Close to beach. Parking is horrible! Assigned space but very tight and difficult to get in and out of parking space.

During the aftermath of the hurricane. The Tiki bar is usually the place to hang out but couldn’t do to construction going on. Wasn’t notified until 2 day before we were going to check in. The bar was closed early every night.

I have been coming to this place for over 10 years, never been so bad. The room was very destroyed, need a complete renovation, was dirty, oven disgusting, serving spoon still had rice on it. No shower curtain or liner, no garbage basket in the bathroom, no bedding for the sofabed. Construction notifications received 2 days prior arrival, no time to make changes. On top of that $75 plus 15% tax for resort fees. Never paid taxes on the fee before nor should be charged when the facility was very uncomfortable having to walk outside then to the beach side road. Management very rude. No Expedia greetings or anything.
