This was our first stay at this hotel. It more than met all of our expectations with the exception of poor internet connectivity, which we reported to the staff. Apparently this is an off/on issue. We will certainly stay at this hotel again and recommend to others.

The Gentleman that checked us in was very nice, He gave us the appropriate information we needed. Later we came down to purchase some waters, and soda drinks. But the short slim lady that was standing there was very short and abruptly let us know that we couldn't take a botle of water inside the pool area , She should be train to have a little more customer service, if these are the hotel rules we understand that, but then againg. IT IS NOT WHAT YOU SAY , ITS HOW YOU SAY IT. ** Special thanks to PATRICIA / front desk **** For offering us a room change since I called to let her know that our bedframe was lose and chaking as we try to get in to it. She is the only one that will make anyone stay easy and go out her way to make sure the guest is comfortable. We was checked in after 3pm and we decided to checked out at 8pm.
