The only complaint I would have is that it is very noisy in the middle of the night if you have a corner room. The traffic is right below you and it’s bad all hours of the night. No fault of the hotel.

Our bathroom sink didn't drain and we had to use a pen. No coffee available. Gal at desk at checkout was not knowledgeable about the area restaurants. Employees just hanging around.

small room, restaurant downstairs was ridiculously priced and no bartender on the evening of June 30th, approx. 5:30 pm. The waiter could barely speak english, told us there was only 3 shrimp on the $18 appetizer. We got up and left. Shady homeless people hanging around the front door made my wife nervous. $40 for overnight parking! Really? won't stay here again.

AC did not work 1st night. 2nd night we moved rooms. We asked for a room with a view like the advertisement but we got one with a brick wall. Our room got no sunlight. Food choice was horrible. They did not clean our room. Had to ask for towels three times. All around was not a good trip I would not stay at this place.

The hotel was great, but we booked this in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn that we refused to stay in, an although I was charged, it did not go through to them. I tried several times to speak to a customer service rep at Hotel.com and only got a recording. The lady continued to work to get us a room at 9:30 at night and succeeded.

Baseball Game

We were in town for a baseball game. While we were there we took in seeing the arch, ballpark village, and the anheuser Busch tour. This hotel was within walking distance to everything with the exception of the anheuser busch tour which was only about a 10 min drive. This hotel was close to most everything downtown. We had a corner room which was very spacious and clean. The staff was also wonderful and would recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking to stay downtown.

NO, onsite parking. Self park across the street from hotel or valet. Either way we were forced to pay for parking, which should have been free. We pay too much for the room, shouldn't have to pay for parking or breakfast
