Clean room, good breakfast. Nice, safe area. But the staff was the best I have encountered in a long time. From check in, check out to the breakfast staff. I cannot say enough. We stayed 12/6/25 - one night and I would come back in a heartbeat.

Upon check in at 4am which I understand is not check in time there was a hiccup. On hotels.com I booked check-in Monday check out Tuesday and paid online almost two hundred dollars and change. During check in the lady pointed out that I booked an accesible room and did I want. No, I said but the app didn’t show me another room with two beds. I wouldn’t want to take an accesible room away from somebody who might need it. So, she said she could switch it no problem or changes. I go to sign the papers and it had me checking out same day, but that’s not what my itinerary on the app and in my email stated almost two hundred dollars paid for check out Tuesday. She would not honor my booking with hotels.com the way it was booked. She wouldn’t let me pay to check in early because it was 4 am Monday and I was exhausted and also had my dog which was almost a hundred per night. I had to pay almost four hundred because they count 4am as Sunday. Whats crazy is the system only charged me one night dog fee, so it recognized my dog was there for 1 night but not me. I paid for insurance on hotels.com and contacted them and they contacted the hotel. I got refunded the original amountfrom the website. There’s that, but I stayed in another hotel recently that let me check in around midnight for just an extra 20 added to my total. Charging a whole extra night for checking in 7 hours early (I was told at 11 it turns into the next day) seems a bit much. A lesson learned if I ever stay here again.

The room was very nice and seemed pretty updated. Bathroom was huge for a hotel bathroom. The shower was underwhelming and the beds weren't the most comfortable. Overall it was pretty nice and i would stay here again if im in the area.

I’m a traveling band mom, so I’ve been in three different hotel franchises in the last three weeks. This was the best! When I walked in, I was shocked at how crisp and clean everything was. Great service, they let me check in early, which was extremely helpful. The room was noiiiiiice! And I really need to know where I can buy their shampoo and conditioner, because my hair has never been so manageable. I didn’t have time to swim, but their pool has play stuff and it’s nice and warm in there. I will be back! It’s a great distance from St Louis, you can get there in no time and still be in the burbs

The staff was so helpful. We came for a funeral. Our room was not, ready, we needed to check in early. I was in consent contact with your staff about early check in, we needed to change clothes before going to the funeral. I was told they would do everything to accommodate us. The rooms were being cleaned when we arrived, but we would be late if we waited to change, so your staff allowed use to change in a vacant conference room, it was 5 of us. They check to see how long it would take us to get to the funeral. The staff was just so caring and sincere. We made it on time to share this difficult time with our family. Blessings to your staff. Our room was cleaned by Tiff and it was in perfect condition. Pool area was clean as well as the lobby and dining area. You can tell the staff cares. Everyone was very hospitable at breakfast. I also love that you can tip the support staff through the qr code. Would highly reccomend
