Airport hotel with GREAT free breakfast
This hotel has a GREAT breakfast room, with cereal, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, eggs, and just about anything one would want for breakfast. The hot food is kept in good condition. There is a choice of juices, plenty of coffee, etc. This is about the best free breakfast I have run into anywhere and I travel a lot! The room is decent, comfortable bed, large TV, plenty of plugs for my electronics, in-room coffee, not luxurious but good. Only drawback is noise of planes taking off now and then but this IS an airport hotel. They do have a shuttle. I stay here the night before my flight every time I fly out of StLouis.

We had a layover in St.Louis and our connecting flight was cancelled leaving us stranded for the night (as were many others checking in that night). Caitlyn at the front desk was so friendly and sweet especially as to a bunch of grumpy adults and grumpy kids. She even made popcorn early for the little ones. The property itself is a bit old, but you can tell much of it has been updated. Overall we had a good experience, especially with all of the staff members we encountered.
