We come back each year to St. Louis and always stay at the Union Station Drury Inn. It feels like we are with family. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Clean and well appointed rooms. Everything is so close. Food is very good. Wonderdul safe option when visitng downtown. Excellent price for all you get especially fir families.

Hotel hallways were incredibly cold. Hot tub was dirty. Water in bathroom took forever to get warm. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were booked to stay 2 nights, but canceled the 2nd due to these issues. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
