The staff were very helpful and conversational. The location is terrific - a very easy drive from the car rental companies and the beds and pillows were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Overall, while safe - the property has seen better days. The restaurant is in the basement, the elevators creak and the the overall decor feels tired and in a serious need of a refresh.
