Valet is a little challenging to do, and there wasn't a place to pull up to do valet. Check in was great, room was good - a little dark, and food was excellent at the restaurant. Every single staff person was wonderful.

Perfect stay!

Everything with our stay was perfect! The room was very clean and had a nice modern style. The lobby was very impressive too. The front desk workers were very friendly. It was within easy walking distances of many restaurants. Our stay was quiet and peaceful and we'd be happy to return

I thought the hotel was really nice, friendly staff, perfect location (food options, grovery stores, park), VERY clean, new and efficient. The small fridge and a microwave are very handy, and thebspace is frankly organised efficiently. The gym, meeting areas, bar, are also very neat. And I think its priced fairly

I liked the location of the property. It was very convenient. The service could improve. The front desk lady was very slow at check-in and our room was not cleaned when we came back to the room around 2pm (we left the room at 9am or so).

The room was very modern and the bathroom was interesting with the square/rectangle toilet. We didn't explore the property too much as it was just a quick overnight stay, but I would love to come back for a longer visit. It was a very comfortable room!

After traveling all day, a restful nights sleep would have been wonderful but your guests that have young children seem think it is ok to let them run wild in the hallways - pounding on doors and screaming like banshees. I would recommend that you remind guests that are checking with children that this is not acceptable behavior. And children should not be left alone in the hotel. Or anyone with children (anyone under the age of 18) should all be on the same floor.
