The room was almost perfect — super clean and fully equipped, except for one missing curtain hook. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the check-in staff was very unfriendly, which really disappointed me and made me lose trust in this hotel chain. Such a pity, because everything else was great.

The breakfast was outstanding. Truly. Many choices, healthy options. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were accommodating. The hotel was expensive, but that is due to its location. The pool was nice and well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone going to DC who wants to be right near the Capitol and the Mall.

I bring my 8th grade class here every year, and we always have a wonderful experience. We start the day with a healthy breakfast, it is just a couple blocks from the National Mall, on the same block as a metro station, and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

The prices charged by this hotel are exorbitant. The prices are similar to what one would expect to pay for a five-star hotel. I only use this hotel because of its location.

Family friendly because it included free breakfast. Location was good to walk to all the sites. Quiet location during the weekend since this seems to be in a business district.

Our stay was perfect. The staff were very friendly and everything was close by the hotel. We stayed at a suite with two bedrooms, it felt more like an Air bnb. We had everything in our suite such as plates, cups, utensils, and a big plus was a full size dishwasher. We didn’t use the pool, but it’s open till 11pm which is a great for those looking to enjoy until very late. When I come back to DC, I would deff be coming back to this hotel.

Great staff Amble and free breakfast options Garage parking was tight and not included so a surprise extra charge. Close to the national mall Pool, hot tub, and outdoor sitting area was nice.
