I have ZERO complaints. It was a perfect stay. I would choose the superior room each time. We could see the water from the balcony. Dream stay.

Very well appointed property with everything you might need including a wash and dry room with one of each included in your rental.One issue that we had was the promised 'every 4th or 5th day' cleaning- which turned out to be 5 days for us ..three times!. We actually rang on the afternoon of our 4th day to see if the cleaners were due but were told we were scheduled for day 6 ..we insisted on cleaning on fifth day. We felt we had to fight every few days to make sure we got the cleaning as promised. So, if you're happy with this (or with paying for extra cleaning) theseapartments are an excellent choice in every other respect.

The staff at Blue Haven was very professional and accommodating. I arrived slightly before the check in time and they proceeded to check us in and direct us towards our room. The room itself was modern, clean and we'll furnished. I would definitely stay again!

The room type I got is not what was advertised. I bought a whole set of groceries to cook Christmas dinner and had to end up going by family members to cook. There was no stove, no oven, a mini fridge and they brought a hot plate to cook on. There was no sink so dishes and everything that had to be washed in the bathroom sink. They had soap and shampoo in the shower but I couldn’t use those as I have sensitive skin, no where to put your own bath soap. Value for money…..the room was extremely small in comparison to the amount of money I had to pay. The best thing about my stay and the room was the air conditioning, that’s about it. Everything else was pretty poor.

Very convenient with excellent amenities and right by the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. Lots of eating and drinking places and right on St Lawrence gap. You couldnt be closer. The property was modern, clean and the staff extremely polite. The only complaint was the sofa bed that was very uncomfortable so my daughter didnt sleep well. Otherwise the apartment would have been a 10 out of 10. We would definately stay there again but would have to book a 2 bedroom apartment if available only.

Great location
Lovely property and location. It's a minute walk from Dover beach and St Lawrence Gap. The staff were very friendly and the hosts were very responsive from the time of booking and during the stay. Definitely recommended
