Excellent facility. Has to give it a 4 however. The dryers in the laundry room were broken; had to drive to town to finish laundry. The fitness room was also shut down and inaccessible.

It was a good stay with great breakfast. Room was specious. Location was great. Even if it’s close to highway, it was fairly quiet. My only complaint is they didn’t provide room service during our stay which we would have really appreciated.

We stayed 5 nights but could not get our room cleaned at all after 3 due to staff shortages. The staff there were very nice but not enough to service a full hotel with busses. Small items like bathroom nightlight out etc neeed to be addressed by housekeeping. The breakfasts were very good. However, we only got an afternoon cookie once out of 5 days. Such a shame that people are not considerate of other guests and load up.

This is a very nice hotel in what seems like an odd location. I arrived early and was told check in not until 3p. When I came back at 3, the room they wanted to give me was not ready. I asked for a ready room Andre dived one. Room is great — clean, modern, spacious, comfortable. Awesome pool and hot tub. The only criticism I have is that the entry drive seems hidden and there is NOT any kind of decent sign. Higher priced but good value. Breakfast included.

Not being able to book a place near Stowe, we were thoroughly satisfied with Johnsbury. It was a 1+ hour drive to Stowe, but the scenery was beautiful and it worked out even better for us. (We did not spend as much time visiting Stowe as we thought we needed) Johnsbury was a great town with many good places to eat. We even ate in our room as the rooms were quite huge and equipped with fridge and microwave.
