Staff were nice and welcoming, rooms were nice but a lot of mosquitos in the rooms, I think this may be due to when the rooms are being cleaned to doors are left open. Food was nice but very expensive, I will stay again but will look fhe cost of the hotel did not represent the standard received.

Amazing staff, very attentive. The property and rooms were very clean. Staff was always on top of keeping everything clean and tidy, even daily shoveling of washed up seaweed! The kayaks and paddle boards are free and readily available. There’s a free boat that goes back and forth to Prickly Pear island which has a bar and restaurant attached to the resort. Food was amazing, we ordered almost everything on the menu and it was all delicious. Highly recommend and will be going back very soon!

This was the second time we come to Hodges bay resort, first time was two years ago and was an amazing experience, this time not as much , we had a suite that is pretty old and needed renovation , bathroom had a broken toilet , missing shower parts, not enough towels even though the reservation is for 5 ppl. Bathroom door wasn’t closing right, , we had to request the room to be cleaned , staff was very nice though , hope that these comments will help improve the quality of the hotel for future residents

Nice hotel beautiful property service a bit slow had a jacuzzi that was broken took staff long time and several complaints to rectify solution. Had to contact property multiple times for follow up on special services. Overall a good stay beautiful property and clean.

If your looking for a more lively hotel this is not it, it is a very relaxing boutique type hotel with limited dining options, just 1 restaurant and no hotel store..the only reason I would ever go back to Hodges Bay is because of the staff..shout out to Ishmael at the front desk..it was my wife’s birthday and he went far and beyond decorating the room and making sure we had everything we need.
