Each bedroom is equipped with AC units, smart TVs and a private full bathroom. One of the 4 bedrooms also has a private patio area.
There’s a balcony off of the living room area.

This spacious unit has 4 large bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have king beds and the other 2 have queen beds. All bedrooms have it’s own full bathroom, closet, AC and smart tv.
There’s a spacious covered patio area with a half bath, dinning area and smart tv for entertaining.
The indoor kitchen is open to an indoors dinning area and comfortable living room area for easy hosting. There is also an office space if needed during your stay. All guest have private parking down the private driveway to this beautiful newly built (2023) unit.

This rental was beautiful! 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. It didn't have ocean views but the location couldn’t have been better! Right in the middle of everything! It provided us with a cooler and chairs for the beach. We would highly recommend it!

What a great house for a group! Everyone was so comfortable. We had a great place to gather. Loved the balcony for coffee in the morning and star watching at night. Really loved having large bedrooms with our own bathrooms. The just was responsive. Nice stay!

Great stay and the host was very responsive. The house was in good location and only a 2 minute drive to downtown Cruz Bay. The pool was the perfect size and the house had a great layout, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Perfect for a family vacation or group needing 4 bedrooms!

Great Space

The property was great, very clean and updated. It doesnt have a view of the water, we were only staying one night, so it didnt matter to us. If you dont care about a view of the water this 4 room condo is excellent. Its very quiet and lots of wildlife in the trees.

Amazing Place and Host

The place was very, very clean and the check in process was so easy. Mayling was amazing, she told us about the driveway and how steep it was, and she was CORRECT so please listen to her. The only issue we had was that another unit, took our beach chairs, which we didn't realize we had until they put them back in our area when they left. We rented beach chairs every where we went because we didn't realize Mayling provided them for us. Other than that, the place was amazing, we had 2 couples and 2 single people so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the living area/balcony was perfect.Thank you, Mayling for a wonderful stay!
