The outdoor furniture includes four high-top Polywood Adirondack chairs, two lounge chairs, and a patio table for four, creating an idyllic setting for enjoying the lush, private landscaping and the authentic sounds of singing frogs at night, all with the comfort and safety of home.

Pineapple’s layout is thoughtfully designed to provide two primary bedroom suites - one on each end of the villa. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, dedicated air conditioning unit, ample closet space with built-in shelving, and ocean view. One of the bathrooms offers the added luxury of a jacuzzi tub alongside a shower, and both feature double sinks for spacious convenience. The villa has been recently refreshed with new paint and a large TV in the living area. New furniture, including a sectional sofa with Nuvella fabric, two leather swivel/glider chairs, coffee tables and a new dining room set are coming soon.
