This NEW cottage is built for your comfort and will leave you with sweet memories for a lifetime. Set among beautiful flowers, palms and bay trees, this one-bedroom cottage includes a king-size bed situated to wake up and enjoy breathtaking sunrises. The bedroom includes a small sitting area and television. Choose to take a shower in your roomy walk-in shower or enjoy the view from your private outdoor shower.

IMPORTANT: Villa Celeste Vista has solar power along with two Tesla batteries for back-up power!

Relax in your own private pool, dine alfresco or sit in comfortable outdoor seating as you watch sailboats travel through the British Virgin Islands. You'll find everything you need in a large bathroom with two vanities, a kitchenette equipped with a stove, fridge and microwave and a laundry room with a washer & dryer. Your large bedroom includes a sitting area with AC, a SmartTV (no live television), and ROKU, allowing you to access your favorite streaming app. Your "living room" is outside under the porch so you can enjoy the amazing views.

Everything you need for your beach days, is supplied. You'll find beach towels, beach chairs, backpack and coolers.

You'll enjoy laid-back Coral Bay where you'll experience island life with quaint gift shops, live music, and incredible restaurants. AND, only 10 minutes away you'll find the legendary white powder beaches of the North Shore. For the more adventurous, head to the South Shore beaches and hiking trails for a completely different experience. And, your view includes Hurricane Hole, a Coral Reef National Monument, the only habitat of its kind in the Northern Hemisphere.

Note: there is another 2-bedroom villa on the same property in which you'll share the driveway and parking area but Villa Celeste Vista is completely private with a wall, gate and fencing. The other villa is down the hill (reachable by stairs) but not directly under the cottage. The other Villa is also available for rent and is called Villa Celeste Paradis; property #2278755. Please note that it's possible you will hear guests from the other villas in the neighborhood as throughout the Coral Bay Valley as it acts like an amphitheater. Also known to Coral Bay is how quiet it becomes after 10pm.

The view is EXACTLY as advertised and the photos of the property are current as well. What a wonderful place to relax and unwind, couldn't be happier with the experience. Renting a Jeep is a requirement, not and option, to get to the villa, the beaches and the restaurants. The grocery in Cruz Bay has everything you'd need and there are two just down the hill in Coral Bay that have most things as well. The beaches are amazing! Maho, Truck, and Cinnamon are all in the National Forest area and only 15 minutes or so from the villa. All the beaches on the North Shore road are wonderful, but those are our 3 favorites. Chilling in the private pool was fantastic and we were in it every day (salt system, so very clean and no chemicals). Spent one whole day just enjoying the villa and pool. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was huge and inviting. The kitchenette had everything you'd need and was more than adequate, as long as you don't need to cook a huge gourmet meal (no full size oven, but who cares). Plenty of beach stuff to use, and beach access at the 3 faves was super close to parking, so no shlepping issues. We enjoyed every minute and would rent this property again for sure. No need to add a photo since it looks exactly like the photos in the listing. Enjoy!

Absolutely stunning property, couldn’t have asked for better. Loved the outdoor shower and extras like beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. I don’t have enough words for how amazing St. John is, there are so many beaches to explore and the snorkeling was amazing. I especially loved the tropical plants around the property that attracted hummingbirds, just the icing on the cake while enjoying morning coffees overlooking Coral Bay.

The Vrbo was as described. The owners and property manager were both very helpful, kind, and responsive to concerns or questions that we had. The owners also gave us great referrals for a sailboat ride with Joy and Rob! The only concern I had was a slight count off for cleanliness. I could tell the sheets on the bed had been washed but there were lots of stains on all of the sheets and pillow cases. There were also ants in the kitchen throughout the week. I understand this is an ongoing occurrence for them and they spray frequently for ants and other insects. The pool was AMAZING, as well as all other outdoor amenities. The views are amazing. Thank you for our honeymoon of a lifetime!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Celeste Vista. The view from the deck, the private pool, the outdoor shower and the lovely amenities in the house could not be beat. The gift to take home and the cold champagne waiting for us when we arrived was icing on the cake and made our honeymoon absolutely perfect. We are already thinking of what anniversary (1st? 5th? All of them??) we will come back to St. John for, and there's no where else we would like to stay than Villa Celeste. If you are looking for a secluded retreat with a view that you will dream about, a book of recommendations for restaurants, activites and food (if you even decide to leave the deck and private pool), and a host that goes above and beyond - don't look anywhere else!! We will be back!

Truly Magical

The views alone are worth the stay, but the property itself is also stunning; no detail was overlooked and great communication with the host and her team. We loved the private pool and patio, it became our little oasis in the afternoons after snorkeling or hiking. We loved breakfast every day and evening drinks at the outdoor table, the view from the shower and the bed (loved waking up to those sunrises!), all the provided beach towels/coolers/etc, wonderful linens and towels, and very cozy decor (it was like a little bit of Italy in the Caribbean). We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful trip

My wife and I recently stayed 1 week to celebrate our 4th anniversary. All communication with Lois prior was fantastic and the same was true with David on island. The property is as described and is truly wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice.

Totally beautiful. My wife and I were celebrating our 55th anniversary. Not one disappointments on this trip. Highly recommend if you're looking for an extremely private place on the very quiet end of the island. Hope to going back one day .

Property what absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly as portrayed. David the host was exceptional. Ted and Lois, the owners, were on site and all 3 couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. If we go back to St Johns, we would definitely rent this house again. Wonderful views, perfect location!!

AMAZING VIEWS FROM VILLA CELESTE

As the title suggests the view from the Villa is stunning. The property itself is very well appointed - the bedroom/living area is pleasant and airy, there is an excellent bathroom with large walk in shower and separate large laundry/storage area. The cosy kitchen is very well equipped and accommodated our dining in when it was too windy to sit out. The vast patio area has an excellent and well maintained bbq and plenty of quality furniture. Access to the Villa with its fabulous position requires a jeep or similar (Lois made this clear to us) as the approach road is very steep. Walking to and from Coral Bay is not an option. As keen walkers, the remoteness did not suit us as much as it will undoubtedly suit others. Having said that, we’re pleased we rented Villa Celeste, had a wonderful time and shall return to St John.

This property was amazing! Our property manager was terrific and check in was super easy. The view from the patio is absolutely beautiful. The home was clean, comfortable and in a great convenient location. The worst part of this trip was that we didn’t stay here longer. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Celeste! The views are absolutely amazing! The size was perfect for the two of us for our honeymoon. Joy was so responsive and incredible! Coral bay is a nice peaceful retreat away from the noise of Cruz Bay! Don’t forget your jeep rental. It was a honeymoon we won’t ever forget!

We couldn't have enjoyed are stay more. The attention to detail (multiple electrical and USB ports), the total space, and a local contact (if needed) hands down, made this the most enjoyable rental property we have ever stayed at. Couples Retreat

My husband and I went to St. John for our 20th wedding anniversary. Villa Celeste was the perfect spot to spend our week. It was extremely private and quiet but close enough to all the areas of the island we wanted to visit. The view was breathtakingly! Incredible to wake up the such beautiful sunrises each morning. Everything about the house was great! Lois provided all the necessary communication and her property manager Joy who was on island was always available for any needs. I have already recommended this property to friends and other couples we met in our travels. Hope to return at some time in the future. Would definitely stay again!

"I Left My Heart at Villa Celeste"

Be still my heart! Arriving at Villa Celeste was exhilarating! Our stay at the Villa Vista for 7 days (6 nights) was heavenly. Our views of Coral Bay, Hurricane Hole, Hanson Bay, and the British Virgin Islands were phenomenally gorgeous and Lois gifted us with a keepsake to remember our view. The patio, our private pool, and the cozy villa are relaxing and beautiful. We loved the TLC we received from the house manager, Joy who checked in on us, stayed in touch, and we joined her for Thursday Open Mike Night at Miss Lucy's. I wish I could share more about her good character, generous nature, and backup singing for Lauren's onstage music ensemble! Keep Joy in mind should you decide to have her show you around the islands on her sailboat. Rent a Jeep or a sturdy 4 wheel drive vehicle to handle the winding, vertical roads and switchbacks. You'll enjoy scenic drives, many gorgeous beaches at both Coral and Cruz Bays and a lot of good restaurants in both areas, too! We had the good fortune to do a walk-thru of the spacious "Paradis" villa that sleeps four plus more in case you have a larger group. You may be able to book both villas which will give you access to the pool at our smaller Celeste villa if your parties are together.. No matter what, both have fabulous, spacious decks overlooking the scenic Coral Bay vistas. No doubt, we'll book again should we return to St. John!

A Lovely One Bedroom

This villa is perfect if you're looking for a quiet getaway. The owner has many ammenities onsite (like coolers, hats, sunblock, beach towels, etc.) that help you to save money and are very convenient! Every morning you wake up to bird song and gorgeous views of the bay below and the outdoor shower is perfect for a post hike/beach refresh. Joy is truly great if you have any hiccups in your stay and is very responsive. I can't recommend this villa enough!
