Situated in the oldest part of town known as Downalong, Victoria Place is a quiet and traffic-free lane just metres from the harbour and Fore Street and just minutes from Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. This attractive and beautifully presented 1st and 2nd floor upstairs cottage has stunning 180-degree views over the rooftops of the Harbour, the town and the bay. The property is fully centrally heated, carpeted throughout and is a cosy retreat for summer and winter visitors alike.

Sitting room. Spacious, with panoramic views over St Ives Harbour and Bay towards Carbis Bay, Hayle and Gwithian. Two settees, one converting into a double bed, all oak furniture comprising coffee table, well stocked bookcase, small table and armchairs near large picture window, fire surround with real flame effect electric fire.
