Sited on quiet Dove Street tucked behind Royal Square, Treholme is a triple aspect, granite terraced cottage, only a few minutes’ walk to the Harbour and just a few seconds from the shops. Renovated and refurbished to give the cottage a stylish and contemporary feel with simple, comfortable furnishings, exposed granite and brick walls in the sitting room, it benefits from a streamlined kitchen with a large roof window. Spacious and light the cottage has a south-facing terraced, garden looking across the rooftops of St Ives.

Ground Floor

Sitting room. Large settee, 2 seater settee, armchair, ‘old school’ radiators and close carpeting. 43” Smart TV.
Dining room. Ercol dining table with seating for 6, laminate flooring and door to yard.
WC with wash basin. Washing machine and dryer.
Kitchen. Newly fitted kitchen with ceramic sink and drainer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, integral microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob with extraction hood. Large roof light.

First Floor
Bedroom 1. Double bed, bedside tables and lamps. A small bay and 2nd window to Dove Street.
En-suite shower room. Shower, WC and wash basin.
