St Ives Countryside House with Games Room and Pool Table

Superbly located on the edge of town set in the beautiful peaceful countryside we have 4 bedroom detached house with a driveway for parking of up to 5-6 cars.
Boasting a countryside feel but only a 4 minute drive or 20min walk to the famous beaches and town of St Ives.

A fully equipped 4 bedroom home with open plan kitchen diner and coffee area, fitted with Siemens appliances and a large dining table for everyone to enjoy.
Out of the kitchen area is the raised patio with a large solid wooden outdoor dining table and chairs, furthermore to the rear of the downstairs is a large lounge with two sofas leading to a downstairs WC and utility room. Plus a downstairs bedroom with a small double bed.
Access via the front drive or at the rear is a large Games room with pool table, seating area, TV and football table, perfect for entertaining all the family.
Upstairs we have three bedrooms, king, double and twin singles all with great views onto the countryside. Upstairs you will find a large family bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside including the large raised patio to the rear another patio area for dining and two further seating areas to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The garden is large and fully enclosed and leads to a gated meadow, fully enclosed with picnic table and fire pit.

Perfect for all generations, family and friends.

Lovely spacious house, well equipped, beautiful setting and great garden. The games room is an added bonus and used it every night.
