Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The location is ideal for getting around but the apartment is unsafe and needs to be checked carefully in regards to its plug sockets and anything with current running throughout. Firstly, i arrived with "why are you here." (Obviously i have a booking.) Then i was made to stand and wait while a room was still being cleaned. When taken to the room it smealt like something had died in the room and there was a frog jumping around, which the owner killed with her slipper, 😳. The first night stay was not comfortable especially while sleeping in a room which smealt like death no airfresh would help. The next dau to my relief was offered a cleaner room not knowing id almost die in the very room. Day 2 i turn on the heating to take a hot shower, while standing in the shower i got electrocuted through the water, thank god i was standing on a rubber mat. The sound and feeling of being electrocuted in the shower was absolutely petrifying, im lucky im alive. I stood in complete disbelief that this happened, the worst part is when i could actually gather myself to speak to the owner she never even apologised showed no empathy for what had just happened in her apartments. All she done was place the blaim on last guest she had, she refused to give any sort of refund even though the first room was horrendous and the second could have taken my life. Plug sockets loose and often spark when trying to use them. If you value your life i do not recommend you stay here, i was in a death trap!!
