We did a couples body scrub and massage and used the spa facilities. Very clean, organized, and our 2 therapist were very good. One of the best massages we both had. The pools were very nice and the staff all over the property were attentive.

A beautiful location with great staff! Everyone was truly helpful with whatever you needed. There were things available to do every day but at the same time, there were quiet spaces to relax and get away from the busyness of every day life. There are only a handful of food options but all are good. Property and rooms are well maintained and clean.

The food at the international buffet was excellent. Naomi and Kedisha were very friendly. The food at the Italian and the Indian restaurant was not good. The beach is quiet and clean. We could choose our spot to lie at the beach. I did not like the check-in. We were supposed to have access to the room at 3pm but we had to wait until 4.45pm to get our room

I had a wonderful time at this resort for my birthday. The room i selected was diamond club beach walkout. Al Brad and Shaquille was my butler's for my stay. Al brad made me feel special on my birthday with making sure everything I needed was taken care of. Thank you for your service.

The food was average and not consistent. Had a great steak at the Italian restaurant one evening and the very next event it was poor. The French restaurant was the best. The hotel staff were generally pleasant, very polite, accommodating and reasonably efficient. The entertainment was good. The gym AC was not working well and this made it a bit uncomfortable. The equipment in every gym is different and the staff were not around to help. The range of gym equipment was quite good for a resort. The corridors were always very clean but the open areas could do with some power washing. A good experience overall.

We went during rainy season so we encountered a couple of water bugs in the property, including our balcony. We called front desk but they didn’t help, although they said they would. Our first night, in the buffet, we found a small roach on our plate as we were serving our food. If you can get past all of that.. then this is the place for you. The staff was amazing. The entertainment was superb. Property was semi clean. Beach was great. Pools were nice.

Quality of service from staff appeared to be biased towards guest. Staff were extremely poor in communication. Staff will provide you with incorrect information that will leave you alone to figure it out on your own. Food was average. Property needs to up-train especially the front desk operation and have a more forward thinking manager for them who has an open mind to have structure and good coordination for guest, extending, checking out and checking in to have a smoother operation leading to a better experience with less frustration for guest.

Disappointed Compared to Other Royalton Properties I had high expectations for this property based on my positive experiences at other Royalton locations, but unfortunately, this one fell short. There was no elevator and way too many stairs, which made getting around inconvenient. There also weren’t enough irons or steamers available, which was frustrating. I had issues with the lock on my slide door and we had to rig it to ensure no one got into our room. I had to call for hand towels everyday as the never left any. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet, which I appreciated. Still, overall, it didn’t live up to the Royalton standard I was expecting.

I want to start by saying this establishment was overall a good experience. There were several instances that had me feeling the property manager/owner approves of cutting corners staff were nice, respectful and fun. Vybs team 5 stars. stayed in Building 11-212. I noticed during the 4th day of my trip both my guest and I suffered from random bug bites that I initially thought they were from the beach but later realized they were from bed bugs based on the bite pattern and marks. Eatery places share food to prep items some ice cream flavors were old and tasted like freezer while others tasted cheap. I mentioned during booking and arrival i was there for my birthday expecting a nice birthday song or acknowledgment but no one at any restaurant said anything we left a note with the front desk too. I noticed a lot of cracks on the buildings that were in need of patching. One gentleman was restocking beverage I asked for a Milo on the cart thanked him and he began to complain why I didn’t tip him. Cleaning staff did a great job keeping room clean and chilled mini fridge couldnt even keep my beverages cold on max. the kettle was outdated in need of cleaning and no direction for use. The food overall was lightly flavored some options kicked up the flavor which I enjoyed, i am jamaican and I know the staff cook better meals when home. Property is 5 mins from airport a short 15-20 min walk some tourists opt to walk in, I opt for the nexus tour service. Gift shop had good sales.

Where do I start , if anyone here been to any Royalton resort or even heard the name Royalton you would expect top notch service . I stayed at many Royalton and loved every bit of it , EXCEPT this one , Royalton Grenada is far from what you would expect . Let me first start off by saying if you’re not ready or able to walk up hills or staircases this resort is not for you . Can you believe a big resort like the Royalton only has ONE shuttle ?? And yes you do need a shuttle to take you to the lobby , Resturant, pool etc ! Or else you’ll be walking in the heat for ever (no elevators). I couldn’t belive this When I checked in my room , they told us that the fridge will have a stock bar , I open the fridge and found 2 Coca Cola half way empty , and the previous guest medicine was still in there , which means they never clean the damn room properly.. I went here with a group of 11 people some were elderly and , pregnant . I had a 3 year old and a pregnant wife . And waited every night over 20-45 mins for a shuttle ride . One night the shuttle had to “charge” so I waited 1 1/2 hours with a sleeping baby for a shuttle . Come on Royalton you can’t. Be doing stupid stuff like this to your guest add some more shuttles and drivers . Number 2 the buffet is the biggest disappointment yet . The foods suck! Breakfast was horrible . One night I ordered a soda, and got the soda after I ate and finish my food. I asked for a milk for my daughter for her cereal I am still waiting on it up to no

The hotel's proximity to the airport, only four minutes away, was incredibly convenient. The property was well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly. For the beach, I recommend bringing water shoes as there are rocks and sea urchins in the shallow areas. However, it's an excellent spot for snorkeling!

*Facilities were clean and well kept. *Overall relaxing experience. *Live entertainment was too interactive, would have just prefered a nice performance. *Difficult to get reservations to the restaurants, time slots were limited for number of guests at the resort.
