Not sure they are changing the sheets in the rooms. Bloodstains on the sheets in one room, lots of black hair in the bed of the room they moved me to. Stayed at Ramada against my best judgment and got burned. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had this happen.

Disappointed and surprised

Found room in a poor condition; a lot of wear and tear with the furniture, walls and carpet. Last day of our stay found a cockroach in the bathroom and when we reported to the front desk the receptionist said that nothing could be done because no manager was available at the facility. Had to leave the hotel early morning cutting short our stay.
