Bedding is stained, needs some deep cleaning like in the corners and such. Need a hot tub at the big main pool with the slides. The chairs/loungers at the pool are not comfortable at all and some are broken. The blinds are terrible in the bedrooms and many are broken, they don’t keep the light out at all.

We loved our stay!! Elora was responsive and super helpful. The resort is super fun and the location of this condo was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t love was the pull out sofa. It was uncomfortable so when coming again I wouldn’t rely on someone sleeping there. Great place I wouod highly recommend overall!

We had a group of 10 that was staying here and we were grateful for the space to land while we were road tripping. Master bed is a dream to sleep on. Absolutely loved the sheets. And loved having the big bathroom to get ready in with my young children. The pullout sofa in the living room is not sleep able. It had food and trash all over it when we pulled it out, to which our 17 year still just tried to throw a blanket over it all and sleep on it but the bed would not hold him. (He’s 180 lbs). He ended up sleeping on the ground. So did our 13 year old as the double bunk top didn’t feel sturdy enough for him and our younger children all piled together in the bottom bunk. All the other bedrooms were awesome though. The AC also had a terrible whistling that kept going off so we ultimately turned it off (it is March) so we could sleep. It would be a problem in warmer months though. All in all though….we camped our family overnight for around 350? And I’d still do it again for the price. Was a great pass through but wouldn’t stay for a long while. Great for the price though.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, watching the sunrise in the morning was the highlight of our stay. The décor was lovely, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very prompt, as well as the signage and directions posted inside the property- all above expectation. However, while the renovations make the space feel pleasant and updated, the whole resort is older and a bit run down. Inside the condo, corners were definitely cut, especially where water is involved. We found mold in the grout of the guest bathroom, which also had a strong odor we couldn’t eliminate, so we closed it off the first day. The master sinks drained poorly, and the fixtures and grout throughout desperately need updating. The blinds were also tricky to operate. There also may be signs of previous water damage. The pillows on the bed were way too fluffy for a comfortable neck position. We ended up leaving a night early due the smell and mold. That said, the location, décor, communication, and incredible view made parts of our stay genuinely enjoyable. With a few small improvements, this could easily be a 4-star property—but for now, it’s a nice budget stay with a million-dollar view.

Very nice property. The whole house was perfect. But our favorite part was the back patio/balcony. The views were amazing! We ate dinner out there every night. It was so peaceful. Owners were very responsive and pleasant. The kitchen came stocked with all the kitchenware for our group of ten. There was plenty of space. Will definitely book again next year!
