The room and staff were perfect. They were courteous, friendly, respectful and very professional. I had a problem with the sink not draining. I called the front desk about the problem with the bathroom sink. The person on the desk got right on the problem and it was fixed thirty minutes later.

We were put in a room on the first floor. It was super noisy until after 11pm. We asked the staff at thevfront desk twice. She said she will talk with the group in the lobby but she did not. After we called around 11:15pm, we heard a man did. The breakfast oatmeal is lumpy, The breakfast for children is not included despite that we paid for the breakfast included option on hotel. com. The hotel room is very small. This Holiday Inn is the worst we have stayed in so far.
