We got into our room, the bathroom looked like the gas station toilet that you wouldn’t want to sit on. The room just looked dirty in every crack on the walls and tiles. We found BED BUGS in our room. We were met with staff that was unwelcoming. People who were checking in looked suspicious and it did not feel safe to stay there. The bed itself had stains right under the pillows. I would not suggest to anyone who wants a safe and comfortable clean stay. They also were very defensive when it came to asking for the money back after not even staying 10 minutes.

Fine for the price, with one big flaw

The rooms were old but relatively clean and comfortable. Location and convenience of the hotel was pretty good. Check in with Gary was not a pleasant experience at all. He was very rude, cut us off multiple times and had a major attitude about a very simple question being asked about connecting rooms. Not sure if he was having a rough day or not, but I wouldn't come back here solely because of him. Aside from that everything else was fine

Very nice and a friendly staff. And very clean and helpful. I would recommend to my friends and also my family. And it close to everything shoping and restaurant and very close to the freeway.

The front desk india guy name GARY was very rude. My son and I left because of the service he provided. He refunded my money back I’m waiting for that money to be put back into my account. I never been mistreated ever at any of other hotels until I met this guy named GAry in the front office.

Not worth it

The guy at the front desk took forever and was way rude. The cleaning staff were super kind but it was just dirty and much worse than I had anticipated. Spend the extra $15 and get somewhere else, it’s not the worst place in St George but definitely on the rough side.
