The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here. The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners. I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid before we arrive. Breakfast was really nice with fresh breads and jam in an eatable bucket, very good sustainable initiative. What I liked less was the noise that enters the room, seems to be a general problem of hotels. Everything that happens near the entrance you hear it clearly and we were awaken by people talking in the corridor and walking with High heels upstairs. Apart from this stay was good.

Edge of city convenience

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Very friendly and efficient check-in. Restaurant on site but other options for food and drinks on the same site. Good buffet breakfast. All round excellent value.

Ibis Laval

The hotel wasn't easy to find, tucked away in a industrial area. However the hotel was clean and pleasant and the staff were friendly. Ate in the restaurant and the food was well prepared and well served. Would stay again.

Great hotel, but too far away from the town

The hotel was great, excellent service and a comfortable stay. As a solo traveller (and woman), the location wasn't good. I was there for a friend's wedding but the hotel itself was very far away from the main town, basically on an industrial estate, which meant I couldn't go out for a casual stroll to explore. There are no other restaurants and cafes nearby. So it's good for a business trip, not so great for holiday.

Overall good

Good location if you need to go on the highway. There are couple of restaurant very close. Free parking and free internet. Breakfast was ok. Room was very clean. Only negative point is that all room doors are very noisy. Shouldn't be hard solving this issue

Comfortable Hotel, but out of town

Hotel was in the final stages of being refurbished, but we were not disturbed by this. The Hotel was very easy to find, just off the ring road in an industrial estate.

Off the wall choice for Le Mans 24H

We were looking for a hotel under an hour from Le Mans offering comfort and value and this ticks the box. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms had been updated and the bathrooms had good powerful showers, the beds comfortable and importantly quiet, so we got a decent nights sleep. The restaurant staff were all pleasant and the three course dinner at 17 euros terrific. Recommended

Two night stay at Ibis at Laval

Very helpful staff and usual good value Ibis product. As well as the free wifi there is a computer in reception to access the internet. Quality of the food at dinner was a bit variable but the buffet breakfast was good.
