Odd circumstance where a tornado/super bad thunderstorm with hail went through on our way there, so during our short stay, the power was out the entire time. The front desk lady (Ash) was super accommodating and apologetic for the “inconvenience”. It was still a really pleasant stay! Another plus is that the windows opened to the outside (which most hotels I have stayed in do not), so we were able to maintain a comfortable temperature in our room despite not being able to use the AC.

Excellent Family Run Gem!

Very nice family run hotel right off the interstate with easy access. I have stayed here several times and each time had a good night’s sleep in their comfortable rooms! Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting our grandchildren, and we highly recommend this hotel for a excellent guest-experience. Even though our daughter has moved 10-miles farther away from the Pinemark, we still pass by several closer hotels to stay at the Pinemark, because the staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient to the Interstate. We'll be back!

1 night stay was wonderful!

This place is so clean and welcoming. We travel for wrestling and have stayed in some questionable places. It was nice staying some place that was so nice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms was clean and cozy. The breakfast that is served was very yummy!

An EXCELLENT property!! The staff is phenomenal. We left feeling as if we had made new friends. Very very clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and family friendly. I can not say enough great things about this hotel. It was a home away from home. Exceptional breakfast, great shower, comfortable beds. Stay here and say hello to Andrea and Elijah!
