The vacation home Vitti is a beautiful blend of luxury and refined comfort, a very modern and high-quality material-made home. The glorious sunsets are outstanding from the terrace with a breathtaking view over the neighbouring islands of Statia and St. Kitts. The living room is equipped with a home cinema and furnished with a spacious sofa covered with cushions in a very cozy atmosphere featuring touches of shells and driftwood. The beautiful dining room can accommodate up to twelve guests inside for festive meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. You can call upon a private chef at any time. Through the wide opening onto the terrace, the living room offers a splendid view over the deep blue ocean, in an idyllic scenery of wooded hills.

At the front of the villa, the terrace is elegantly furnished with outdoor lounges, sofas and comfy chairs around the large heated infinity swimming pool. A bar with stools connects the kitchen, allowing guests to sip a cocktail or to talk over a coffee in the mild air. Under the covered area, the lovely dining table for twelve guests is set up for delicious al fresco meals, facing the breathtakingly beautiful view over the waters of St. Barths. The luxury villa Vitti is composed of five beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with king or queen-size beds, with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the lower level and offer stunning ocean views, while the other two ones are on the main level and open onto the pool deck. In a soothing white and gray decor, guests enjoy quiet and tranquillity.

What’s more, at the back of the villa, a lovely zen garden welcomes you for morning coffee, meditation time or yoga sessions.
