Blue Swan is ideally located on the heights of Lurin, just a few minutes from Gustavia, restaurants, shops, the beautiful beaches of Gouverneur, Shell Beach and Saint Jean. This spacious villa with its breathtaking panorama faces the setting sun.
The large living room opens onto the spacious terrace and the beautiful pool overlooking the sea. The Japanese-inspired gazebo with its poolside bar is very popular.
The villa has been recently renovated. It offers three large bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
An additional room is available more suitable for staff or a teenager.
